This Month in Food Photography: June (V)

Who doesn’t love food porn? Part of my blog (most of my blog) is about sharing the vegan lifestyle. A lot of this includes food, but I realized I haven’t shared my recent food photos. I moved to a new place, so I am still figuring out the lighting situation. Also, I have been figuring out backgrounds that I like. Thai Peanut Noodles // Vegan

This is something that sounds complicated, but really this recipe is incredibly easy. I make peanut noodles whenever I need a quick meal that is very filling and nutritious. This recipe is plant-based of course, but carnivores will also like this. I used a meat substitute, but that is not even necessary. A handful of mushrooms. 1 cup of sugar snap peas. 1 teaspoon of minced…

Last year, I was having a lot of scalp irritation and hair breakage. When this happened, I had to cut back on most products. That’s why I…

    Vegan “Tuna” Salad

This summer has made me so nostalgic. I have especially been thinking about foods I used to eat in the summertime. For me, summer reminds me of family barbecues. At these barbecues, people bring all sorts of dishes covered in mayonnaise. This could be tuna salad, potato salad, chicken salad, crab salad, etc. The way I describe it sounds so gross, but since being vegan I have missed some of these dishes. I have learned that garbanzo beans or chickpeas can often serve as a mock meat. That’s why it works so great for recipes like these. Printer Friendly Version HERE INGREDIENTS… 1 can of garbanzo beans drained. 1-3 tablespoons…
