Serving up authenticity with a side of veganism.

Welcome to my blog ~ “Authentically Vegan”. This is a space where I share my journey with vegan food and ethical living. I strive to find purpose and beauty in my simple everyday life. I am a recent college graduate with many hobbies and interests, most of them involving food.

I pride myself on always remaining authentic. I started this blog in 2016 as a hobby and much to my surprise, this community has grown. I love to share my vegan comfort food recipes as well as my photography. I believe that your actions and possessions should be meaningful and add value to your life. You will often find me cooking or baking while watching Netflix. Follow my journey on Authentically Vegan for somewhat consistent content about veganism, intentional living, and photography.

What camera do you use?

~ Canon EOS Rebel SL2 and my iPhone. I typically use a 50 mm lens. All photos are mine unless stated otherwise.

Why did you go vegan?

~ I went vegan because I made the ethical connection. Eating and using animal products is simply not worth it. Treating animals as products creates violence, destroys our planet, and is sometimes detrimental to our health.

How long have you been vegan?

~ I have been eating plant-based since January 2017. I have followed a vegan lifestyle since April/May 2017. I consider myself an ethical vegan.

Do you write sponsored posts?

~ If I write a sponsored post, it is clearly stated in the post. I only collaborate with brands and companies that I feel share a similar message. I am affiliated with iHerb and Amazon. I keep the affiliate links to a minimum. I receive a small commission if you decide to buy products through my link. This helps me afford the cost of maintaining this blog, thank you for supporting my content!

General background info.
