Serving up authenticity with a side of veganism.
Welcome to my blog ~ “Authentically Vegan”. This is a space where I share my journey with vegan food and ethical living. I strive to find purpose and beauty in my simple everyday life. I am a recent college graduate with many hobbies and interests, most of them involving food. I am a self-taught baker and photographer.
You might have noticed that I have an abundance of comfort food recipes. I believe that the best way to spread the vegan message is through delicious and realistic vegan recipes. I love hearing people say, “I can’t believe this is vegan!”. I pride myself on always remaining authentic while serving up tasty food!
I started this blog in 2016 as a hobby and much to my surprise, this community has grown. I share more than recipes. I love to talk about photography, intentional living, and anything else that piques my interest. Please take a look around and if you like it here, feel free to subscribe!
What camera do you use?
Why did you go vegan?
~ I went vegan because I made the ethical connection. Eating and using animal products is simply not worth it. Treating animals as products creates violence, destroys our planet, and is sometimes detrimental to our health.
How long have you been vegan?
~ I have been eating plant-based since January 2017. I have followed a vegan lifestyle since April/May 2017. I consider myself an ethical vegan.
Do you write sponsored posts?
~ If I write a sponsored post, it is clearly stated in the post. I only collaborate with brands and companies that I feel share a similar message. I am affiliated with iHerb, Target, and Amazon. I keep the affiliate links to a minimum. I receive a small commission if you decide to buy products through my link. This helps me afford the cost of maintaining this blog, thank you for supporting my content!
