SERENITY

“The state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled”. This sounds amazing, right! But how do we achieve this?

Serenity comes from living a peaceful and meaningful life. There are things you can do to enhance serenity, but it’s a long-term process. Serenity, to me, is a higher sense of: relaxation, peacefulness, and calmness.

Things you should be doing…

~Meditate

~Take time for yourself (even if it’s 5 minutes)

~Turn off your phone or at least the notifications

~Spend time in nature

~Go for a walk

~Listen to soft music (I like rain sounds)

~Look at aesthetically designed pictures

~Close your eyes and visualize your goals
