    This brings back memories! As a kid, I had some sort of hamburger helper dish about once a week. I always looked forward to it. I haven’t seen a vegan version in grocery stores, so I decided to just make one up. This recipe is family friendly, easy, and it’s great comfort food. I hope you enjoy it!     Food Photography in September

    It’s that time again! Welcome to the September edition of my monthly vegan food porn series. I’m starting to get the hang of this food photography thing. Definitely far from a professional level, but you have to start somewhere. I’ve been more consistent with my props and backgrounds and I feel like this has improved my results. I also do minimal edits.  I adjust the color in certain areas and then I slightly adjust the saturation and contrast. Then, I apply a filter that isn’t too dramatic.
